Truesanity.com offer the finest gemstones and diamonds, no two items are same. The availability of the products may change from time to time. Usually natural items may be available only in limited quantities or only till supplies last. As a process we try to remove the out of stock items as soon as possible; however on occasions such an item may appear available but when added to cart your order is subsequently get cancelled due to unavailability of product. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received an Order Confirmation without penalty.

Typically the gemstone carat weight exceeds stated approximate weight however due to the variation in gemstone cuts all listed gemstone carat weights are approximate and may vary from the stated approximate weight. Truesanity mentions the approximate carat total weight in all items however as per the industry standards and FTC regulations the carat weight may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight. On measurements of the gemstones and pearls a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed. Width tolerance of 0.20mm is allowed on machine made wedding bands.
