Free Lifetime Warranty
Our TrueSanity jewelry is accompanied by a complimentary Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, affirming our commitment to the superior quality and craftsmanship inherent in each piece.
Warranty Claim Procedure
Should your TrueSanity jewelry exhibit any flaw attributable to a manufacturing defect, we encourage you to contact us promptly for an assessment.
- Clients located within the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom will be furnished with a pre-paid return shipping label.
- For international clients outside these regions, a deposit of AU$88.00 will be required prior to shipment for evaluation. This sum covers inbound shipping and a comprehensive assessment by our expert jewelers. This deposit will be fully refunded for all repairs deemed warrantable. In instances where the damage is not covered under warranty, the deposit will be applied towards the cost of the repair, contingent upon client approval of the provided quotation. Should the client choose not to proceed with a non-warranted repair, the deposit will be allocated to cover the return shipping expenses.
- Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, we will undertake the repair or replacement of the item at no cost to the client. TrueSanity extends free return shipping for all items repaired under warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
Please be advised that any repair or service performed on your TrueSanity jewelry by a third-party jeweler, other than TrueSanity, will invalidate this warranty.
Replacement Policy
- TrueSanity will facilitate the replacement of any damaged fine jewelry within 45 days of the original purchase date.
- Subsequent to this 45-day period, TrueSanity will replace fine jewelry items with a value under AU$1,750.00.
Scope of Coverage: Differentiating Manufacturing Defects from Normal Wear
Fine jewelry, particularly rings, is exposed to daily use and is thus susceptible to natural wear and tear over time. Our manufacturing warranty explicitly excludes coverage for:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Loss of gemstones, unless directly attributable to an initial manufacturing defect.
- Product loss or theft.
- Damage or loss resulting from the client's failure to secure necessary repairs essential for the preservation of the jewelry's integrity.
Common examples of issues not classified as manufacturing defects include:
- Fading or discoloration of precious metals caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics exposure to water in swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
- The gradual wear of precious metals, notably prongs, over time, which may necessitate restoration as part of routine maintenance.
- Prongs wearing out, catching or bending due to everyday use or typical damage, leading to a gemstone becoming dislodged.
- The loss of a gemstone due to normal wear or other non-manufacturing related damage.
TrueSanity offers extended service plans available at an additional charge, for comprehensive coverage against common wear and tear issues. We also strongly advocate for clients to secure independent insurance coverage for their jewelry to mitigate risks associated with significant damage, loss, or theft.
