Here's how it works:

If you have bought a loose natural diamond from TrueSanity, you can exchange it for credit equal to its original price. You can use this credit towards a purchase of a new natural diamond that is at least 1.5 times higher in value than your original stone.

All loose lab-grown diamonds purchased from TrueSanity, can also exchange them for credit equivalent to their original price. This credit can be put towards a new lab-grown diamond that's at least 2 times higher in value than your original stone.

To be eligible, the natural or lab-grown diamond being upgraded must be accompanied by its original documentation and must be in saleable condition.

Important Exclusions:

This upgrade program does not apply to:

• Colored gemstones, including natural color diamonds and lab-grown color diamonds
• Settings only- Design your own ring without the center-stone
• All other jewelry

Credit and Taxes:

The upgrade credit you receive does not include any duty or tax paid on the original purchase. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of the new diamond before any credit is applied.

Setting Your New Diamond:

If the upgraded natural or lab-grown diamond cannot be set into your original engagement ring setting, TrueSanity offers a precious metal credit. This credit is determined by TrueSanity based on current metal prices, as we repurpose gold or platinum jewelry.
