Free 60 Day Resizing
We offer a complimentary ring resizing service for 60 days from the moment your ring is ready for shipment or pickup. This includes free shipping in both ways.
However, some rings aren't eligible for resizing:
- Eternity rings can't be resized because of their continuous design. You can, however, exchange them within our 45-day return-exchange policy.
- Rings made from alternative metals like tantalum or titanium also can't be resized, but they are eligible for exchange under our 45-day return-exchange policy.
Customized, modified, or engraved rings are eligible for a fee.
Should you need a resize after the initial 60-day window, a fee will be charged unless you have an Extend Protection Plan. With an Extend Protection Plan, resizing is covered as long as the ring remains within the recommended sizing parameters. Instructions
- Call Us: Dial 866-697-6548 to start the process and receive your return shipping authorization number and free FedEx return shipping label.
- Pack Your Jewelry: Place your jewelry back in its original packaging or in a small FedEx Priority box. Ensure all promotional gifts are included.
- Seal & Label: Seal the box securely, mark out old addresses, and write your shipping authorization number on the outside.
- Return Your Package: Drop off your package at a FedEx Staffed location and obtain a receipt for insurance purposes.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s), our Quality Assurance team will inspect them to ensure they are in unworn condition before issuing a refund.
