TrueSanity proudly offers complimentary international shipping via UPS International Priority.

·        Once the order dispatches, most international deliveries are completed within two to five business days. However, please be aware that customs procedures in various countries can differ, potentially leading to longer delivery times.

·        Every item is fully insured for its complete value, guaranteeing a secure transit from TrueSanity to your doorstep. For added security, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders exceeding $450.00.

*Once a package has been shipped, rerouting options are not available.

Payment Solutions

·        TrueSanity facilitates payments in your local currency and accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and various buy now, pay later options.

·        On orders totaling $850.00 or more, bank wire transfers are accepted, along with a $60.00 processing fee. In case you opt for a bank wire, your order will be processed once the funds are successfully received.

·        Please note that TrueSanity does not currently accept ACH transfers.

Exchanges, Returns, and Resizing
