At TrueSanity, we want your shopping experience to be as convenient as possible. Hence, we offer a convenient layaway (reserve) program for both our domestic and international clients. After an initial down payment, you can make manageable monthly installments on any purchase. Please note, that sales tax will be applied based on the tax rate effective on your order's shipping date. TERMS & CONDITIONS

·        Items can be reserved for up to one year from the initial purchase date.

·        Should an item become unavailable in its original condition/design before your layaway period concludes, TrueSanity will issue a full refund for all deposits and payments made.

·        TrueSanity layaway purchases requires a minimum initial deposit of 20% of the total price.

·        Following your initial deposit, a minimum payment is required on either the 1st or the 15th of each month, as arranged with your sales associate. This monthly minimum is either 5% of your total order value or $100, whichever amount is less. You're always welcome to make additional or larger payments at any time.

·        All layaway orders must be fully paid within 12 months of the original purchase date. If an order remains unpaid after 12 months, TrueSanity reserves the right to release the held merchandise.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Your initial layaway deposit can be refunded or used towards an exchange item within 30 days of your purchase. However, please be aware that custom-designed, custom-engraved, modified merchandise, or special orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

After 45 days from the initial purchase date, layaway payments become non-refundable. If you need to cancel your layaway purchase before shipment and after the 45-day window, a 20% restocking fee (calculated on the full purchase price) will be deducted from your payments, with the remaining balance issued as store credit.

RING RESIZING AND SHIPPING

TrueSanity ring orders, excluding those that are custom-designed, custom-engraved, modified, or special orders (which are final sale), can be resized within 60 calendar days of shipment, provided the requested size is within tolerance.

Once your item is fully paid for, we'll ship your order within one week.
