Consultation questions
Does a consultation cost anything?
No. Consultations are free and there is no obligation to buy.
What do I need for the call?
A phone or computer with a camera. Google Meet opens in your browser, so there is nothing to install. If you have a piece in mind, keep its page open and we can look at it together.
Which call should I choose?
Choose the 15 minute call for a specific question about a piece, a size or an order. Choose the 45 minute consultation if you are shopping for an engagement ring or a special piece and want to compare options.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation and in your calendar invitation. It takes a few seconds.
Prefer to talk now?
