Returns & Exchanges Overview:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. Here's what you need to know:

Eligibility: Most orders are eligible for returns or exchanges. However, please note that certain products are excluded from this policy:

• Orders outside of our 30-day return policy, including Layaway orders.
• Rings that have been resized or modified.
• Engraved fine jewelry (a $40 fee applies for removing custom engraving).
• Personalized fine jewelry, such as name necklaces.
• Items that have been previously exchanged.
• Custom designed jewelry.
• Any orders that were altered while in process.

Return & Exchange Methods:

1. By Phone: Initiate your return or exchange by calling us at 866-697-6548. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and provide a free FedEx return shipping label.

2. Online Portal (Items Under $500): For eligible items under $500, you can use our online return portal for a streamlined process.

Instructions for Returns & Exchanges:

1. Call Us: Dial 866-697-6548 to start the process and receive your return shipping authorization number and free FedEx return shipping label.

2. Pack Your Jewelry: Place your jewelry back in its original packaging or in a small FedEx Priority box. Ensure all promotional gifts are included.

3. Seal & Label: Seal the box securely, mark out old addresses, and write your shipping authorization number on the outside.

4. Return Your Package: Drop off your package at a FedEx Staffed location and obtain a receipt for insurance purposes.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s), our Quality Assurance team will inspect them to ensure they are in unworn condition before issuing a refund.

Resizing:

We offer free resizing within 60 days of your purchase. Some exceptions apply:

• Eternity rings and alternative metals cannot be resized but may be exchanged.
• Custom, modified, and engraved rings may be resized but are subject to resize fees.

Please note that comparative purchasing is not allowed, and gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
